We have identified an issue that occurred yesterday, August 27th, between 11:30AM CT and 6:30PM CT. During this period, email activity stats were not being processed correctly within the platform. We have confirmed that all emails scheduled during that time were sent and are working to ensure the email activity data during the impacted time frame is recorded accurately.
We will provide an update once the outstanding activity has been recorded properly within the system.
