We have resolved the duplicate contact creation issue from earlier today. It is likely that a small number of duplicate comms will still be sent as the system normalizes. We will continue to monitor system performance until the issue is fully resolved.

Identified -
We have identified the root cause of the issue where duplicate contact records are being created when loan data is sent to the /loans endpoint and contacts imported via the UI import tool. As a result, some campaigns may trigger duplicate SMS messages.
Our team is working on a fix and will share further updates shortly.
